Here is one I give at UCLA where I introduce protective mutations in ANGPTL7 that protect against glaucoma.

This discovery resulted in an antibody campaign.

which resulted in IOP lowering effects in rabbits in a pre-clinical model

New Zealand White rabbits were intravitreally injected with 2 mg of an antibody targeting ANGPTL7 (AAb-1) or a vehicle control in the OD eye, and IOP was measured over 21 days.

Below is a presentation I gave to the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Columbia University. The talk focused on the genetics of biomarkers from population-scale datasets.
